Patrick Reilly is President of
Resources In Action, Inc.,
a firm specializing in executive coaching and consulting. He has worked
extensively with leaders in the technology, utility, health care and
financial services sectors for more than 20 years internationally and
in the US. His passion is helping leaders to improve their abilities to
positively impact and influence.
An entrepreneur who has created many successful
businesses, Patrick's work is focused on coupling both business and
personal development issues to leverage success based on issues
important to the client. He works to support his clients in achieving
their objectives by converting key issues to actionable
recommendations.
The principal approach he employs is to work to comprehend the
client's underlying issues through intensive, focused questioning,
active listening, observing and modeling through the lens of the
client's business situation and its unique challenges. His key client
objectives include supporting his clients in clarifying their decision
making, increasing positive impact on others and boosting profitability
and growth.
As a committed listener and sounding board, Patrick
enables his clients to do their own thinking and problem solving and to
discover solutions that work best for them. They are then able to see
and act on what is necessary to get better results. One unique aspect
of his coaching and consulting is that it is strategic, developmental
and performance improvement oriented.
Patrick has a BA in Psychology from
Tufts University
and an MA in Organizational Development from the
JFK School of
Management. He is a Certified Master Business Coach through Leadership
University and is certified in the Lore Methodology. He also serves on
the Board of the
Professional Coaches and Mentors Organization (PCMA)
as Vice President of Outreach.
